DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR A PRE-APPROVAL

(NOTE: this is a just a guideline)



Items Needed to Start the Process:
        • Two Most Recent Federal Tax Returns (all scheduled and all pages)
          • Two Most Recent  W2s
            • One month most recent pay stubs
              • Two months most recent bank statements (all accounts, all pages)
                • ***If you are self employed or work on commission the lender may request other form of supporting documents. information***
